***Day 3 held at the CARE Esthetics Jupiter Office

Beginning in 2025, CARE Esthetics will launch its first ever business and hands-on Masterclass. The goal will be to provide the practicing clinicians with an opportunity to improve their CARE Esthetics business while also practicing additional necessary hands-on skills in Bio-Fillers with cannulas, Botox and lasers. This course will be divided primarily into 5 sections.

  1. It will provide the clinician with the knowledge and business opportunities that exist in each of your practices. How to attract patients into facial esthetics using Open Houses, marketing material, and membership software. We will also cover important topics including incorporating dedicated staff members and the tools and responsibilities to help boost overall success in your esthetic practice.

  2. It will provide adequate training on the tools available to us all such as RepeatMD software to attract patients to the practice and to scale memberships within the office.

  3. Botox/neurotoxins is an easy starting point and a ‘gateway’ drug for many patients into facial esthetics. This course will provide basic knowledge in that space including common injection techniques including forehead, glabella, crow’s feet, Masseters and DAOs.

  4. It will also provide a small group size to perform additional cannula training on Bio-Fillers.

  5. Improve your knowledge on energy-based devices including lasers and radiofrequency. IPL/BBL and various wavelengths including Nd:Yag, Erbium:Yag and CO2 uses along with radiofrequency, as well as a breakdown of skin concerns (melasma, acne, rosacea) with the correct modalities to treat.

Day 1: The Business of Running an Optimized Facial Esthetics Practice

The goal will be to bring the latest and greatest new developments and technologies in the esthetic space to our masterclass and utilize these to help benefit all our CARE Doctors. This year’s goal and mission, are to focus on marketing the esthetic practice utilizing novel tools and technologies such as RepeatMD. This App has been utilized by thousands of Med Spas and believed to be of major value to all CARE clinics. We will have the CEO himself lecture in this meeting.

We will also focus on business numbers and how to increase revenue and drive patients into your esthetic business. We will cover how to efficiently run open houses, how to perform consultations and how to market the esthetic patient.

Furthermore, beginning in 2025, we have collaborated with a marketing company with an ability to seek new patients and drive them to your office. They will also perform and showcase advanced marketing techniques to drive business into your practice.

Day 2: Clinical Sections with advanced Bio-Fillers, Botox and Advanced Lasers

Botox Overview

Participants will receive comprehensive information on the most common protocols related to Botox, the gateway drug into facial esthetics. This course will teach the most common injection areas including the forehead, glabella, crow’s feet and masseters.

Live patient treatment planning sessions will cover the consultation process, setting patient expectations, key landmarks, facial mapping for improved injection accuracy, and the development of an aesthetic treatment plan.

Bio-Filler Overview

This session will further discuss the use of Bio-Fillers and injection techniques both with and without cannulas. This will help participants gain proficiency in this growing field and understand the appropriate uses of Bio-Fillers based on patient needs and indications. Various injection techniques will be reviewed in this small group. Combination treatments using Botox and Bio-fillers will be discussed for overall facial contouring.

Please bring your own patients for additional live training and better experience!!
